These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rwanda Professional Internship Programme Portal (the "Portal") operated by the Rwanda Development Board ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Portal.
Account Registration
You must be a registered user to access certain features of the Portal. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of the Portal
You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Portal or interfere with any other party's use of the Portal.
You may not use the Portal to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or other unauthorized commercial communications.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Portal, or that could harm us or other users of the Portal.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Portal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MIFOTRA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Portal without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Portal.
We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Portal or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MIFOTRA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Portal; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Portal; (iii) any content obtained from the Portal; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
